Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VERSO IQ. Where a legal detail hasn't been settled yet, this page says so rather than guessing.
1. Who these terms are with
VERSO IQ is provided by VERSO (versolab.ai), referred to as "VERSO", "we", or "us". These terms are an agreement between VERSO and the business or person using VERSO IQ ("you"). By using VERSO IQ you accept them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that company.
To be confirmed: the contracting legal entity's name and registered address. These will be added here before VERSO IQ is offered beyond its private preview.
2. Private preview
VERSO IQ is in private preview. It is available only to VERSO and businesses VERSO invites. It may change, be interrupted, or lose features without notice. Billing is not active and no fees are charged during the preview. If that changes, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
3. What VERSO IQ does
VERSO IQ reviews evidence you provide, plus data from accounts you choose to connect, and produces audit reports and suggested actions. It is an informational and analytical tool. It does not act on your behalf on any platform: it does not post, publish, message, send email, or change anything in a connected account.
4. Your accounts and authority
- Connect only accounts that your business owns or that you are authorized to manage. VERSO IQ is for auditing your own business, not for collecting data about other people's accounts.
- You sign in to each platform directly. Never share platform passwords with VERSO IQ or with us.
- Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including TikTok's, Meta's, Intuit's, Google's, and Microsoft's.
- You can disconnect any account at any time, in VERSO IQ or in the platform's own settings.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the evidence you add and the data from your connected accounts. You give VERSO permission to store and process it only as needed to provide VERSO IQ to you, including sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to provide what you add. Do not upload material you are not allowed to share.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use VERSO IQ to:
- access or audit accounts or systems without authorization;
- break any platform's terms or the law;
- interfere with VERSO IQ or attempt to reach other workspaces' data;
- upload malicious files.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. AI-generated reports
Reports are written with the help of AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. A report may miss something that matters or misread a source. VERSO IQ cites the evidence behind each finding so you can check it. Reports are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; you remain responsible for decisions you make with them.
8. Ending use
You can stop using VERSO IQ at any time. You can delete your audits in the product and ask us to delete your whole workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the preview or your access; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice where we can.
9. Disclaimers and liability
During the preview VERSO IQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, VERSO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you before they apply.
11. Governing law
To be confirmed: the governing law and venue. These will be added here together with the contracting entity.
